SUBTITUTION POLICY
Sweet Memory Baskets reserve the right to
substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our gift baskets.
At times we or our suppliers may not have some items in stock. We have to
substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure timely delivery. The
substitute product will always be equal or greater value.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most of our items ships via UPS, Fedex and USPS. If you have a
PO Box address, USPS will be used to ship your package. Please be sure to
provide an accurate address before we shipped the order. Invalid address may
subject to a $15 fee.
Delivery time
All personalized items will take about 3-7 business days from the purchase date
to process. Delivery time may vary depending on where you live. Most of our
items ship from facilities in MN and IN. If you chose 1 day/2 days delivery,
the item will NOT ship immediately after you purchased it. It will ship after
the personalization is done which generally takes about 3 business days to
process.
RETURN POLICY
We try our best to provide the highest quality products. However, should you be
unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you
happy. All wedding favors and bridesmaids' gifts are refundable EXCEPT for
any personalized/engraved and edible items for any reason. We will
only accept returns within 2 months of the time you receive your order.
Merchandise must be in its original packaging and not damaged. All "Rush" fees
order is non-refundable. Shipping costs to return the items are the
responsibility of the customer.
Shipping cost is non refundable.
Canceling Your Order
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you've just
placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note
that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.
How To Return Items
You must request a return code by sending an email to
support@sweetmemorybaskets.com with subject title: Return Code Request include
with your full name, invoice number, and the reason for your return on your
email. For your own protection, please be sure to have the items insured
against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.
DAMAGED/Missing-On-Arrival (D/MOA) Items
In the event the item you receive is D/MOA, please contact us
Immediately. You MUST SAVE the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible
claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us
within 7 days. You may do so by emailing us at support {@]

Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can return any non-personalized
for any reasons within 2 months after your purchase date. If one of the item
you received is defected, we will process a replacement for you immediately to
make sure the item will arrive on time before your event date.

We have a firm commitment to privacy. You
should know that

gathers data only from shopper; we do not gather and store information about
visitors to the site. We also DO NOT SELL customers information to third party.
