SUBTITUTION POLICY
Sweet Memory Baskets reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our gift baskets. At times we or our suppliers may not have some items in stock. We have to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure timely delivery. The substitute product will always be equal or greater value.

SHIPPING POLICY
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or International. For Alaska & Hawaii, we can only ship Next day and 2nd Day and these destinations usually take up to 4 days.
• Unless otherwise noted, UPS will be used.
• Please be sure to provide an accurate address before we shipped the order. Invalid address may subject to a $15 fee.

Delivery time
All personalized items will take about 1-2 weeks from the purchase date to process. If you chose 1 day/ 2 days delivery, the item will NOT ship immediately after you purchased it. It will be delivered 1 day/2 days after the personalization is done, which usually takes about a week from the purchase date.

RETURN POLICY
We try our best to provide the highest quality products. However, should you be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you happy. All wedding favors and bridesmaids' gifts are refundable except for any personalized/engraved and edible items for any reason. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in its original packaging and not damaged. All "Rush" fees order is non-refundable. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

Canceling Your Order
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.

Damaged/Missing-On-Arrival (D/MOA) Items
In the event the item you receive is D/MOA, please contact us Immediately. You MUST SAVE the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days.

How To Return Items
Please call us at (877) 877-7469 to get a return code before returning any merchandise.  For your own protection, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason your client are not satisfied with the order, we will give you a full refund.

PRIVACY POLICY
We have a firm commitment to privacy. You should know that Sweet Memory Baskets gathers data only from shopper; we do not gather and store information about visitors to the site. We also DO NOT SELL customers information to third party.
